Practice Reading to Maggie

Maggie is a Therapy Dog who would love to have children read to her. No registration, but sign up for a 10 minute reading time when you arrive. Free program.

Maggie is a calm, friendly poodle-mix dog who loves people. She is a trained and registered therapy dog with The Bright & Beautiful Therapy Dogs, Inc. Each child will have the opportunity to read a book of their choice to Maggie. Bring a book from home, or borrow one off our library shelves. This a great way for children to practice their reading. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
