It took some time, and patience, but finally in cooperation with the Library, Dover DPW, and NJ DOT,  we are happy to announce the installation of a new crosswalk on East Clinton Street, between the Library and JFK Park.  School is starting, please be sure to slow down, and watch out for our children.
