Medicare can be confusing, but volunteers from the State Health Insurance Assistance Program will be at the library to help explain it all. Free program recommended to Seniors. No registration needed.
The Medicare Annual Election Period (AEP), also known as the Open Enrollment Period or Fall Open Enrollment, is a time when people with Medicare can make changes to their Part D prescription drug coverage. This period takes place from October 15 to December 7 each year. During the AEP, people can add, switch, or drop their Part D coverage. The volunteers from the State Health Insurance Assistance Program of the Aging, Disabilities & Community Programming of Morris County will be here to give you the information you need to help you make that decision and answer your questions.
